


Simple Gravlaks Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg fresh salmon fillet, skin-on
- 3 tbsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp black pepper, crushed
- 1 bunch fresh dill
Instructions:
- Mix salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture over the salmon and layer with dill.
- Place in a dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2-3 days, turning occasionally.
- Slice thinly and serve with mustard sauce or on rye bread.
