Simple Fårikål Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg lamb, cut into chunks
  • 1 kg cabbage, sliced into wedges
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to cover

Instructions:

  1. Layer lamb and cabbage alternately in a pot, sprinkling salt and pepper between each layer.
  2. Add enough water to cover the ingredients.
  3. Simmer gently for about 2 hours until meat is tender.
